Teacher again
Oh no. Oh yes. 11:00 this morning, I'm waking up early (this is early to me lately). There's a message in my mobile phone. Educacio. You've been selected to work. Go to the website and bla bla bla. Why me? Why now? Today I start giving private lessons. On Monday I start in Sant Cugat. In two weeks my first exam, the most difficult one. Now I wanted some extra time to get ready for the exams, destiny surprises me with something I wouldn't have expected. That's life...
PS-At least that will represent some extra money too.

How smart is your right foot?
Marta Ana has sent me something to post on my blog :) Just try to do it...And comment your experiences! You too, Marta!
This is hysterical. You have to try this. It is absolutely true. I guess there are some things that the brain cannot handle.
HOW SMART IS YOUR RIGHT FOOT?
You have to try this please, it takes 2 seconds. I could not believe this! It is from an orthopaedic surgeon.......This will confuse your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It is pre-programmed in your brain!
1. While sitting at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor
and make clockwise circles.
2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction.
I told you so! And there's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so.
Send it to your friends to frustrate them too.

Run
Today's been my second day of jogging. I consider sport a nice thing to do, and a fantastic way to know new places in my city. Last Tuesday I went with my friend Joan to "Maternitat" gardens. I had never been there before and I was completely surprised by that place. There seems to be still some lungs in the middle of Barcelona. A very quiet place to sit on the grass and read, stroll around and run. That's what I did there for twenty minutes. Today there's been more, but in "La Ciutadella". I hope to keep this rythm for the next 5 months aproximately jeje. Three or four days a week, for example. I could take part in "La cursa de la Mercè" again... Too late for "El corte Inglés" now.
Anyway, I leave you with a nice song by the scottish Amy McDonald. Good title. Nice music. Nice eyes :p

Come on Fulham!!
Right now Fulham and Atlético de Madrid are playing the Europa League final. The Europa League is the new competition for the former UEFA Cup. I do usually want Spanish teams to loose, and it is no exception now. In addition, if there's an English team in the final, I want it to win (except Liverpool FC, of course). Most of my friends know that I support Everton since I was in Liverpool for the first time in 2004. Fulham are a tiny club who play in a tiny and beautiful stadium. It is difficult to predict a winner for tonight. Even though Atlético are the favourites to win, in a one-match final the possibilities of each team level up.

First attempt
This is a first attempt. I think that a new blog written in English will help me develop my written expression skills in this language. It is a basic tool to improve, and it'll be useful to face my final exams next June. I'll try to write on a daily basis. Do you want to join?
